Expanded use of existing top floor shell includes 1,090 s.f. of interior amenities; café, meeting room and lounge, and an outdoor deck.
Working with the existing building shell, the EJCM team added structural steel to the cafe awning and south facing windows. Open concept ceilings required a clean and visually uncluttered install of all MEP components.
