Streamlined Permitting
EJCM brought the permitting process in house to help alleviate stress for our clients and the design team.
We support the design team by closing the gaps of communication between the permitting agencies and the design/construction team. This creates a more streamlined process during pre-construction, which keeps your project on schedule.
Chalk and Box Walk
Our team walks the space with you at the start, marking electrical box locations in chalk. You’ll know if more power is needed, or if outlets should be shifted to fit your furniture layout.
