3-story building remodel, 50,000 s.f.  

Full interior remodel including modern, open work space, new restrooms, and updated stairwells. Sheltered and open spaces were added to the landscape to create more purposeful outdoor seating areas.

EJCM worked closely with the design team, building owner, and permitting agencies to keep the project on track with the client’s need to relocate under time constraints.
